  • London which use to be free from terror news in the past is gently fading into the arena of terror.

  • This is coming up in what seems like an extremist attack today in Finsbury park mosque where a van rammed into worshipers leaving one dead while 10 others had different degrees of injuries. It was gathered that the van driver is said to have screamed: "I'm going to kill all Muslims".

Police rescuing casualties of  Finsbury attack
According to Telegraph, the van driver - described by witnesses as a large white man - was detained by members of the public after the incident in Finsbury Park early on Monday that police said had "all the hallmarks of terrorism".
The white van ran into pedestrians who were helping an elderly worshiper who had collapsed in an area that was busy with people who had attended Ramadan night prayers. The pensioner they were helping later died.
Police said he had already been receiving first aid from members of the public and it is not yet known if his death was caused by the attack. A 48-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder over the incident in Seven Sisters Road at 12.20am.
One witness described being surrounded by "bodies" in the wake of the attack outside the Muslim Welfare House, yards from Finsbury Park mosque. Another said the attacker shouted about killing Muslims as he was held by local people. He his alleged to have said: "I did the job... I done my bit". Witnesses claimed he added: "I'd do it again, I'd do it again."

Narrating the casualties ordeal, another witness who gave his name as Ali described horrific scenes as injured people lay on the pavement.

“There was one guy who was bleeding from his head, from his foot,” he told The Independent.
“There was a woman on the floor who had fallen out a wheelchair, we helped her up. There were loads of people in the streets on the ground.
“There was blood on the pavement.”
Footage showed injured people motionless on the pavement as angry crowds surrounded a white man believed to be the driver.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said officers were called to a "major incident" at 12.20am.
The force said it had found nothing to confirm witness reports that up to three men had been in the van before two fled, or that the driver was carrying a knife and stabbed victims.
It should also be remembered that this is the third major incident less than a month for London's emergency services, following the London Bridge attack and Grenfell Tower disaster, which killed at least 58 people.
