Crime: Man stabs friend to death over 1000 Naira argument in Lagos

A young man identified as Moshood has been arrested for allegedly stabbing his friend to death during a fight over N1000 note they found on the ground.

The sad incident happened at the Makoko area of Yaba, Lagos. It was gathered that the two friends found the money on the ground and the two tussled over ownership as they both refused to share equally.

In the process of fighting, Moshood stabbed the deceased to death and tried to flee afterwards. But residents in the community apprehended him and handed him over to the police.
